About Me

Hello and welcome to Fresita Energy! My name is Jackie. I am a Reiki practitioner continuing to deepen my skills through practice, education, and hands-on experience.

I received my Reiki training through Reiki Rod’s Reiki Academy, and I am excited to continue developing my practice by working with others and experiencing Reiki in a meaningful, real-world way.

My intention is to create a compassionate and supportive space where you can slow down, relax, reconnect with yourself, and simply experience it.

My approach in each session with openness and curiosity, and I hope to witness the good that can come from Reiki as I continue to grow in my own practice. I currently offer Reiki sessions at an accessible rate as I continue gaining experience & refining my craft.

I am also exploring mediumship as part of my personal development, but I do not currently offer mediumship readings as a service. If you are also practicing mediumship and are interested in a practice exchange, I would love to connect via email or phone.

Thank you for supporting my growth while allowing me to support yours.
